I don't even know where to begin with this review! This group has gone so above a five star rating! I took my vehicle and my son's vehicle in for inspections after both were involved in crashes. They were fixed by another shop but both were not running well at all. Kyle and his associates took the time to extensively review these vehicles and found that both of these vehicles were not repaired correctly and one of the vehicles were not even road safe! Kyle took the time to deal with the insurance companies when he did not even have to! They all went above and beyond to help me and probably saved my son's life as he was driving a supposedly "fixed" vehicle that was absolutely NOT road safe! I will forever be indebted to Beers Automotive. I cannot even explain in this review how much I appreciate them all. It is so rare to find truth in business nowadays and especially as Company that truly CARES about it's customers. Kyle, man, you rock! Thank you so much! I thank all at Beers Automotive and will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else!

Awesome place to go to for difficult repairs they are willing and explain it may cost more if a certain situation occurs and explain that fully....other place I went to kept giving me excuses that they were out of oxygen

I had major problems with my 2016 chevy cruze. They access the problems and discussed them with me. I could not argue or complain the car needed fixed. The car is back home better that it was please feel free to call them about your automotive needs they can help. I highly recommend!

I can't say how much I appreciate the work and customer service I've received by Beer's. Their work has a warranty which I did need to utilize after I moved out of state. I had issues with the warranty company, but Liam went the extra mile and worked with both the warranty company and the shop my car was in to ensure I was taken care of. Beers is the place to go! I had called to get my driverside wheelbaring changed and my oil changed. Not only did they get me in quick but they also informed me that my tie rod was lose and needed to be replaced since it was a big safety issue along with a few minor issues. I was delighted with my first two visits to Beer's Repair. The people were very friendly and professional, and the facility was quite clean. A mechanic even took my car for a test drive before repair work commenced -- this was the first time in my life this ever happened!! I needed quite a bit of work on my vehicle, which was quickly done. They even did a thorough 125-point inspection to ascertain if there were any other problems. All repairs were performed to my total satisfaction, and the cost was very reasonable for the quality of work. I'm so glad I found Beer's, and highly recommend the shop to anyone who wants an excellent experience.

I normally work on my vehicles myself due to lack of trust in every shop I have been to in this area, I have been to busy to work on anything myself the past year and tried going to a few shops for them to just rip me off until a friend to me to check out Beers in shelby. Not only did they fix my vehicle 100% beyond any expectation, I feel it runs better than when it was fresh out of the factory. I will never go to another shop again they make sure your problem is fixed before giving you back your vehicle they are fair priced and treat you with kindness and won't fix something that didn't need fixed. 100% recommend!!!

Wow- the team at Beer’s is top notch. Kyle is super knowledgeable, takes the time to give you progress updates and detailed findings, and is the kind of guy you can trust with your vehicle. My ‘71 Duster needed an alignment, some brake system troubleshooting, and a good tune. All 3 were performed with precision and expertise. I’d also like to mention Alicia... she couldn’t be more friendly, and really made sure she had all the vehicle info necessary to pass along to the team. I’ll be back for sure! Thanks for taking great care of my Mopar.

I loved everything about them! Super friendly workers, did an inspection and luckily they did! I had a lot of problems that they happily fixed! I had my car in probably 24 hours or less and everything has been amazing! Very trustworthy and I’ll definitely be going back if I have any more car problems! Very happy!

Went in for a front end alignment only took about an hour. It is a very nice place, nice equipment and all of the employees were professional. It amazing what all services they can do, it's like having a big city shop in our little town. I don't know anywhere else in Shelby that can do everything they can. Glad I chose to go here. One of my cars went in for a front end alignment, a few other problems were found and taken care of. A second car had an electrical problem with the turn signals. I spent several hours trying to track it down myself, finally took it to Beers and they found the problem and fixed it. They are always very courteous, professional, helpful, and honest.
